Passed my NREMT-P on the first attempt. The questions felt exactly like the real exam. Nothing else I used even came close to this.

Frequently asked questions

Which certification levels are included?

All three: EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic. Every tool in the platform filters automatically to your certification level. You can switch levels at any time, and your access to all three never expires as long as your membership is active.

Is this built for the current NREMT exam?

Yes. The platform is built around the Paramedic and AEMT blueprint updates introduced in July 2024 and the EMT blueprint update introduced in April 2025. This includes the current scoring of Technology-Enhanced Items, which are now required and graded on every NREMT exam.

What are TEIs and how does the hub prepare me for them?

TEIs (Technology-Enhanced Items) are the newer question formats on the NREMT: multi-select, ordered response, and exhibit-based questions. They are now scored and required on every exam. The platform includes a dedicated TEI Drill Mode for isolated practice on each format, plus the TEI Attack System, a strategy guide with a repeatable method for approaching each type without second-guessing.

Can I use this if I have already failed the NREMT?

Yes. The platform includes a Retake Strategy guide designed specifically for candidates who have already sat the exam. It walks you through how to debrief your NREMT performance report, identify what actually went wrong, and build a focused 2 to 4 week study block before sitting the retake. Many candidates who failed with other platforms pass after working through the Retake Strategy and Domain Triage framework together.

What is the pass guarantee and how do I claim it?

If you study consistently with the platform and do not pass the NREMT, send us your official result and we will refund your subscription in full. The guarantee applies to members who have completed a minimum number of sessions across the platform tools. Full terms are available on the guarantee page.

"I sat the NREMT three times before I found this. The first two times I just read the textbook and did some Quizlet sets and had no idea what I was actually missing. The alternate format questions here, the select all that apply and the scenario ones, that is what fixed it for me."

TR
Tyler R.Paramedic

"Does what it says. Set to EMT, drilled questions every night after shift, took the test. Good questions, not filler."

JT
Jordan T.EMT

"I kept bombing clinical scenarios in class and could not figure out why. Running through them here with the rationales I started seeing the pattern in how the questions work. That clicked for me around week two."

SK
Samantha K.AEMT

"I already had a textbook and my program materials so I was skeptical. But the flashcards are written for how the exam actually tests the material, not just the definitions. Used them during my commute for six weeks. Worth it."

DM
Devon M.Paramedic

"Only had about three weeks between finishing my program and my test date. The practice tests showed me fast that airway and cardiology were where I was losing points. Went hard on those two and felt a lot more solid going in."

PL
Priya L.EMT

"The 72-Hour Protocol is underrated. Other platforms just tell you to review your notes before the exam. Having an actual day by day structure for those last three days made a big difference in how calm I felt walking in."
