The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy
All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after the purchase or download/opening, and all purchases (both for physical and digital products) made on www.medicinegems.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.

Medicinegems.com reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services
If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact support@medicinegems.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Return Guidelines for Electronic Downloads

Medicinegems.com firmly declines to issue returns, swaps, or cancellations for any electronic download (PDF format). Once electronic downloads (PDFs) are emailed or made accessible for download to a purchaser, they are not eligible for reimbursement. This policy is in place because an electronic download, once dispatched, is irrevocable.

Return Procedures for Tangible Goods

You are entitled to a return window of 7 days from the delivery date marked on your physical product purchase from medicinegems.com, although this does not extend to all products. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, pristine, and unopened state—identical to how it was received. It is also necessary for the product to be returned in its original packaging, and you must possess a receipt or proof of purchase. *Note that products originally sold in shrink-wrap must be returned in that condition.

To initiate a return, please complete the Contact Form provided. Within your message, make sure to include the following details: • The Order Number • The Specific Item(s) you wish to return • The Motive behind the return

Upon approval of your return request, Medicine Gems will provide directions on the return process and the destination for your package. Bear in mind, the cost of sending back the item is on you. Returns shipped without prior approval will not be acknowledged.

Policy on Exchanges

Swapping items is generally not entertained. However, if an item is faulty or damaged, a replacement may be arranged. We encourage you to reach out for any necessary support.

Reporting Issues with Delivered Items

We advise you to examine your items as soon as they arrive. If you encounter any problems such as defects, damage, incorrect items, or missing pieces, please immediately get in touch with Medicine Gems to address the concern. Please note that issues reported after 7 days from the delivery date will be considered outside of the acceptable time frame for resolution.

Non-refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns: • Discounted Products • Gift Cards • Electronic Download PDFs (either standalone or included with a physical product) • The Medicine Gems (electronic download part)

For orders that come with both an electronic download PDF and a physical version, only the physical component is refundable. The PDF electronic download is non-refundable (Refer to the Electronic Download Return Policy outlined above).

Refund Process

Upon receipt and verification of your return, processing will occur within 1-3 business days. Should your return meet the necessary criteria, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Note that the timeline for the bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund may vary. If the return doesn't pass inspection, you will be informed through the email address associated with your order.
