Order Processing and Shipping

Medicine Gems handles orders from Monday to Friday. After your order is prepared for shipping, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24-36 hours for the tracking information to activate.

Free Shipping All shipments to physical addresses within the U.S. qualify for free shipping, using carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx or The Delivery Group.

Important Information We cannot guarantee delivery times from USPS, UPS, or other carriers. Refunds will not be issued for delays due to shipping issues. If an order has an incorrect address, we will contact you via the provided email. If no response is received within 5 days, we may cancel the order.

 

International Shipping

Economy International Orders are processed and shipped in sequence. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Economy shipping usually takes 10-15 business days, depending on carrier delays and customs clearance.

Customs Duties and Taxes Customs duties, taxes, and VAT are the buyer's responsibility. International orders do not cover these fees, which vary by destination, package size, and weight. For inquiries, please contact the carrier directly.

Value-Added Tax (VAT) applies within EU member states and may incur additional duties and taxes at checkout, collected at customs. MSB is not responsible for any additional fees imposed by certain destinations or countries.
